Shipping Rates

• Click on your shopping cart at any time to find out how much each shipping option is to your address for the content of your cart.
• Returned packages due to incorrect shipping address can be sent again with additional shipping fee.

Shipping to Canada

• Free curb side pick up (choose PICK UP option on checkout page)
• Free shipping on orders over $75 befores taxes and discounts
• Scheduled Delivery: Choose Mile1 shipping service at checkout
• Once your order has been completely packed and processed, you will be contacted by Mile1 for your preferred delivery window

Shipping to USA

• Free shipping on orders over $90 to the Lower 48 States before taxes and discounts

Shipping - International

• Orders using shipping methods with no tracking are not insured and cannot be replaced if lost
• Canada Post Tracked US Packet may take up to 3 weeks to deliver.  For faster delivery, choose from one of the express services at checkout.

Returns & Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by making a cancellation request via email.
• We do NOT accept returns on opened products.
• Items damaged in shipping can be exchanged for the same item only.
• Refused delivery or if an unopened package is returned:
• Refund option: Refund issued after the package has been received by us, less any shipping charges.
• Re-shipment option: Package will re-ship after shipping fee for re-shipment is paid in full.  Shipping charges will apply even if original package qualified for free shipping.
• Shipping charges are not refundable unless we made an error in your shipping.
• Customs fee and import duty are the sole responsible of the receiver.
• Unopened and unused products can be exchanged for credit equivalent to the original purchase price within 14 days of purchase date.
• Classes fees are not refundable or deferrable.
