The Flash Color Palette is a staple in pro makeup kits, and provides blendable formulas and shades that seamlessly cover skin with high-pigment colour. Arranged in two shade harmonies, this multi-use palette can be used for any level of artistry— foundation mixing to theatrical and special effects makeup.
1. Start by using a small amount of product (a little goes a long way with this formula) and apply where desired.
2. Set with a setting powder such as Super Matte Loose Powder.
If using around the eyes, use a shade of Artist Shadow similar to the Flash Color to set and intensify colour.
3. Finish with Mist and Fix setting spray .
